Rules

  • White moves first.
  • A man moves diagonally forward one square.
  • Capturing is mandatory. A man captures forward and backward.
  • Multiple captures in a row are possible.
  • Reaching the last row promotes the piece to a king.
  • A king moves and captures any distance diagonally.
  • You lose if you have no pieces or no legal moves.
